Cardinal Technologies' specific experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and System Testing supported our key role in developing the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for U.S. Customs. Cardinal staff led the EDI Implementation team for trade partners for electronic manifest. Cardinal also supplemented the system test team and functioned as team lead for the Systems Integration Test Team. System testing included the design and implementation of automated test scripts using WinRunner, software quality program plans, software configuration management plans, metrics reports, specifications, review of software requirements, preparation of software test documentation, and creation/management of problem/change reports using Polytron Version Control System (PVCS) dimensions. The Cardinal team worked with the ACE Program Management office in defining and modifying test and automated test procedures to be use across the project. The project involved integration with SAP, custom JAVA code, Websphere Portal Server, MQ Series, Informatica Power Center, and DB2 databases.
