Who We Serve
Since the U.S. Census Bureau issued the first draft RFP for the 2010 U.S. Census Decennial Response Integration System (DRIS) in 2005, Cardinal has been integral to the strategic planning and decision making that has helped fuel Lockheed Martin's phenomenal success. During the competitive proposal, Cardinal developed the pervasive DRIS Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and managed the DRIS Management-Technical proposal, which was critical to the Lockheed Martin award. Cardinal worked collaboratively with the business development team to define and document the hugely successful DRIS management philosophy and approach. Following the award, Cardinal directed the Phase I and Phase II re-plan proposals. Simultaneously, Cardinal coordinated every major DRIS program review, DRIS self-assessment, and special DRIS stakeholder presentation. More recently, Cardinal has revolutionized the DRIS information management and configuration boards, established impressive plans to track and achieve small business goals, and ensured integration between sub-contractor and Lockheed Martin Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and evaluations.
