Earl M. Furfine | President and Founder
Mr. Furfine has a proven track record with more than 25 years as an entrepreneur in information technology startups and Big 5 consulting. He has held positions as CEO, CFO, CIO and CTO and has founded or participated in six successful start-up companies. His executive-level clients have included American Airlines, Marriott Corporation, National City Bank and Sabre.

Mr. Furfine is a recognized subject matter expert on large scale systems integration projects, particularly those relating to high speed transaction processing via EDI or XML integration. He has experience in the airline, ground transportation, and banking merchant services industries.

Mr. Furfine holds a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Computer Science, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Member of the Golden Key Honor Society and holds a CPA Certificate in Illinois. In his spare time, Mr. Furfine has completed more than 25 triathlons and is a licensed private pilot.

Keith Fife | Executive Vice President
Mr. Fife is a recognized government acquisition, proposal, and project management expert, with more than 20 years of acquisition experience and more than 30 years of government project management experience. He has held leadership roles on nearly 100 acquisitions, supporting or working with most major government contractors. He has successfully managed several large government contracts, including the 2002 Strategic Airport Security Rollout, the 2001 UK Census Processing Contract, and many small projects.

Mr. Fife teaches classes in proposal management, performance management, and government acquisition processes. His current clients include Lockheed Martin and IBM.

Mr. Fife graduated from the University of Colorado with an MBA in International Business. He also holds an MS in Computer Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University. Mr. Fife is both a certified Program Manager
and a certified Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Engineer. He also has extensive foreign language training in Arabic and Vietnamese and is an
avid golfer.

Aleshia Fife | Chief Operating Officer
Aleshia Fife has proven expertise in team building, project management, process improvement, executive client relationships, and management of technical professionals. She possesses strong communication and organizational skills honed through 20 years of system integration and IT system management experience in the defense and manufacturing industries.

Mrs. Fife has managed large programs for separating IT infrastructures in support of company divestitures, and large organizations involved in providing IT design, development, and support for integrated solutions in government space programs. She has also taught team building and team leadership to non-technical organizations.

Mrs. Fife is a PMI-certified Project Manager and a former IBM Executive Program Manager specializing in System Integration and Managed Operations. She is currently pursuing an MBA/MS specializing in Human Resources and Project Management from the University of Maryland and holds a BS in Math from Lamar University.
